Why am I getting a Bandwidth limit reached message when logging in to gaming server, although I am already a premium user?

Answer:
Our US servers has no bandwidth limits EXCEPT in our gaming servers. There is a 100MB bandwidth limit on those servers since it is intended to be used for gaming purposes only. If we do not impose that limit users will then use this server to download files which would increase the latency to other users. The gaming server has also limited bandwidth since bandwidth cost is expensive here in Asia where those servers are located.

PD-Proxy is compatible with windows Vista/7. The client is very portable and no installation is required except for the TAP-Win32 driver that is needed by PD-Proxy VPN. Usage of PD-Proxy VPN is straight forward and should not pose any problem to the experienced Windows user. The following sections give you a guided installation process.

Download PD-Proxy Client

Download the latest version of the PD-Proxy VPN Client to your local drive.

Unzip/Extract all the files to your local drive and Double-click the file "PD-Proxy.exe". If the PD-Proxy VPN client does not start, make sure you are logged in on your PC as administrator or privileged user.

You will then see from the PD-Proxy Client that it is trying to install the TAP-Win32 driver. PD-Proxy will not attempt to install a new instance of TAP-Win32 if you already have a TAP-Win32 driver installed on your system. Searching TAP Driver
The PD-Proxy Client will prompt to install TAP-Win32 Adapter V9, a device driver for network services used by PD-Proxy VPN. Hit "Install" to continue the installation and then just wait for the installation to finish.

If you have your windows firewall enabled, windows might ask if you want to allow PD-Proxy VPN from connecting to the internet. Just press the "Allow access" button to avoid problems. You might also need to add PD-Proxy.exe manually from your firewall if you are using a different firewall.

 Option 1: Applying your voucher code through the website.

  • You should now be in your VPN Control-Panel in case you are redirected to other page in our website just follow this link https://www.pdproxy.com/control-panel.htm

  • Now click the link labeled "Enter Voucher"
     

  • A new window will popup where you can enter your voucher code.

  • Open your PD-Proxy VPN client and click the about tab.
     
  • Just enter your voucher code and click the "Submit" button.

  • After clicking the submit button PD-Proxy VPN will try to connect to our server and authenticate your voucher code.
  • You will then see the line "Voucher code successfully applied" in your logs if you entered a correct voucher code.
  • You can then check the remaining days of your subscription by logging in to your control panel.

    • You can only download torrent files using our torrent servers. Any user who will be detected downloading torrent files using non-torrent servers will have his account terminated immediately.
    • SMTP, RDP and SSH ports are blocked as a small minority where abusing our service. This reduces abuse reports by 99% which means we can get on with making the service better.
    • There is a 100MB bandwidth limit on our GAMING Servers since those servers are intended to be used for gaming purposes only.
    • Applications that can be used to spam websites like Xrumer, ScrapeBox, SENuke and other simillar programs are strictly prohibited. ( Your account will be terminated if these applications are used while using our service.)
